I know the Oscars are a combination of a company picnic and popularity contest, but they do have an impact on a film’s success and how we judge talent over the years. It is an outrage that Leonardo DiCaprio, the greatest actor of his generation does not have an Oscar. I’m going to keep saying this until he’s standing on that stage, holding his long over due Oscar, telling the world to stop being assholes to the environment, thanking Martin Scorsese, and being his awesome self.
By the way, the Academy needs to show Christopher Nolan some love RIGHT FREAKING NOW!
